Hi, I’m Suz.After spending years helping leaders and teams make sense of complexity, organise moving parts and turn good ideas into clearer action, I now work with founders, executives, creatives and small businesses who need sharp thinking and a fresh set of eyes. Work typically spans business clarity, communication, brand identity, and practical solutions to a range of challenges.Part sounding board, part project brain. Fairly practical human.Based on Awabakal Country in the Lake Macquarie region, with work reaching across Australia and beyond.
Sparrow is where my work lives: independent thinking for founders and operators who are too close to the work to see it clearly.Within Sparrow I run two one-off reviews for established, owner-led businesses. Both give you an independent view, and which is right for you depends on what you are trying to see.The Outside Read is the wide view. For when you want an honest read on the whole business, or you can feel something needs attention but cannot yet name the shape of it.The AI Fit is the closer view. For when the work itself feels heavier than it should be, and you want to know where AI or automation would genuinely help, and where it would not.
